It was a night to remember for the BS Information Technology (BSIT) seniors.
A seniors’ tribute was held on July 13, 2019 in One San Miguel Building, Ortigas Center, Pasig City in celebration of the 25th founding anniversary of the UA&P Information Technology Program, which was established in 1993. The event was initiated by the Information Technology chairperson and program director Mr. Cyrus Paolo “Chipi” M. “I’m glad that my block mates and I were together for the night, enjoying, without worrying about academics,” Angelique Humphreys, an IT senior, said.
BSIT alumni were also invited to reconnect with previous professors and block mates and share to the graduating seniors some of their experiences in the corporate world.
In his welcome remarks, IT Program Director Chipi Buenafe encouraged the seniors and the alumni to always come back to the University and be actively engaged in the different activities, especially those of the Department of Information Science and Technology.

Writing memory notes followed the awarding. Each graduating student wrote short messages for their block mates. The seniors found it fun because they get to keep a note from their block mates and treasure it.
To close, Dr. Sabili encouraged all the attendees to sign in a tarpaulin to express their commitment to the University.
